The entrance is traced by its Calzada de los Muertos (Road of the Dead), where the Templo de Quetzalcóatl,The Complejo de Quetzalpapálotl, The Pirámide del Sol and The Pirámide de la Luna, are located.
Climbing to the top of the Pirámide del Sol is not only a resistance challenge, but also, an spiritual experience for many visitors. This is why, it is very common to find people in white clothing during the spring equinox.
But they can also be seen, in other seasons of the year, placing some precious stones like quartz with the intention of charging them and themselves with positive energy and to establish mystical contact with the God of the Sun.
Inside the area, there is also the Museo de Sitio de la Cultura Teotihuacána, a museum that exposes archaeological items from every day life instruments to some bone, textiles or rock carving pieces.
